UniCredit Bank AG (HypoVereinsbank) placed an 8-year Mortgage Pfandbrief benchmark. The issue was extremely well-accepted by the investors and the lead managers placed a volume of € 500 million. The joint-lead managers of this issue were Commerzbank, LBBW, NordLB, Nykredit and UniCredit.

The new Mortgage Pfandbrief carries an annual coupon of 0.75 % and has a term of 8 years. The issue price was set at 99.915 %, which is resulting in a re-offer spread of 13 basis points below the mid-market swap rate. The value date for the issue is 24 July 2015 and maturity is 24 July 2023. Mortgage Pfandbriefe issued by UniCredit Bank AG are awarded with the highest possible rating of Aaa by Moody's and AAA by Fitch (July 17, 2015). WKN: HV2AL3
