Structure of the graduate program

Our International Graduate Program lasts 12 to 15 months and is the first step in a successful career in Corporate & Investment Banking.

You will start with the three-week CIB Campus, our exclusive kick-off event that focuses on networking, specialised training sessions and meetings with CIB Executive Committee members.

It is followed by on-the-job training in your selected target area, flanked by workshops, seminars and networking events. You can help to shape the graduate program yourself by participating in a job rotation program that will take you to other departments in Germany and beyond and enable you to build up a broad network of contacts. You can choose between different departments and opt for a stint abroad lasting several months in cities such as London, Milan or Singapore. Together with your line manager, you can actively steer your own professional development - and your personal Talent Management consultant will also be there to provide assistance along the way.
